Sour Cream Enchiladas recipe

Sour Cream Enchiladas

1 can green enchilada sauce
1 box chicken rice-a-roni
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of chicken or 2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 16 oz container of sour cream
1 6 oz can chopped olives (optional)
12 corn tortillas, ripped into bite size pieces
grated cheese to cover top
shredded lettuce (optional)

Prepare rice-a-roni as directed on the box.
Combine sour cream and chicken with rice-a-roni.
In seperate bowl combine enchilada sauce and cream of chicken soup.
In baking dish layer enchilada mix, then rice-a-roni mix, then tortillas. Keep layering like you do a lasagna. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. My family likes to eat this with olives on it and lettuce under it. Sometimes we also put salsa on it.

DeLana, I think you have to grant individual access in order to allow others to publish new posts.

You should be able to do this by logging in, clicking on "settings", then on "members". At that point you can add team members who can make original posts.
